This policy applies when you visit our website, create a Klimate account, use our cloud dashboard or mobile app, install a Klimate Probe, or contact us. We refer to all of these as the “Services.”

We collect only the information we need to run and improve Klimate:

• Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, organisation, and support messages.
• Monitoring information, such as the targets you configure, Probe status, check results, response times, incidents, and alert history.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, login activity, and diagnostic logs.
• Website usage information, including the pages you visit and how you use the site. We may collect this through cookies or similar technologies.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and support;
• keep Klimate secure and prevent misuse;
• maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
• send service messages and, where allowed, product updates; and
• meet our legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, we rely on your consent, our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, or a legal obligation to process your information.

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted providers that help us host, secure, analyse, communicate, and support the Services. They may use the information only to provide services to us and must protect it.

Klimate is a business service and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as Klimate changes. We will post the updated version here and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice if a change materially affects your rights.
